Commercial Plumbing, Inc. was established in 1985. Today, Commercial Plumbing, Inc. employs sixty-one (61) plumbers, twenty (20) sprinkler fitters and an office staff of nineteen (19), including four (4) mechanical engineers, one (1) CAD operator, and one (1) certified public accountant.

At Commercial Plumbing, we recognize our customers have very special needs – whether it's installation or repair of industrial plumbing or a fire sprinkler system.

With our vision, our skills, and the very latest in tools, we have developed the capabilities and processes to not only satisfy our clients but to provide them with value-added services. Our company continues to focus on timely service, fair pricing and personal attention.

Our Company believes successful projects are based on a healthy and cooperative working relationship between the design team and contractors. We strive to be an active participant with all team members. Our goal is to provide a strong management team throughout both the preconstruction and construction phases. Our strength in the preconstruction phase is the ability to work with the design team in providing periodic cost budgets and estimates, along with cost savings and value engineering ideas. As designs are developed, we prepare periodic detailed cost evaluations and estimates. Further, we advise team members on practical consequences of decisions and design options, including the review of drawings and specifications for the purpose of advising on-site conditions, appropriate material alternates, construction feasibility of various systems and the possible design and cost implications of materials and labor. As construction proceeds, a project team made up of an experienced project manager and skilled craftsmen will direct the on-site building process. Commercial Plumbing is committed to build projects on schedule, within budget and at specified quality.
