Randal Hiraki, President
Randy began his career in the construction industry as a plumbing apprentice more than 30 years ago. He learned the nuts & bolts of the trade on his way to earning his journeyman plumbing license. With his experience, he provides a thorough knowledge of the construction trade and the skills and understanding of the fundamentals of managing a business. Randy was selected as the 1997 Small Business Person of the Year for the City and County of Honolulu .

Mark Suzuki, Vice President , BSME
Mark has more than 30 years of experience in estimating, project management, office management and safety issues in the mechanical contracting industry. He is the former president of the Hawaii Chapter of the American Society of Heating and Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association of Hawaii (PAMCAH). With Randy, he shares in the responsibility of supervising office and field activities.

Suzanne Miyakawa, Corporate Secretary & Accountant
Suzi has 16 years of experience in the construction industry and four years of experience in public accounting. She is responsible for all accounting functions for our company. She graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Tricia A. Kamikawa, CPA; Controller
Tricia is responsible for all administrative functions including financial & tax reporting, risk assessment, human resources and company benefit packages. She is a member of Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Prior to joining Commercial Plumbing, she worked in public accounting for six years and was a tax manager at KPMG LLP. She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Sheri Adachi, Administrative Assistant
Graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelors of Science in Human Development, which has been renamed to Human Resources. She was previously with Kapiolani Medical Center in the Plant Operations department for five years, worked for a General Contractor for one year, and has now been with Commercial Plumbing for over ten years. Sheri is responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support to our project management team.

Carol Tengan, Senior Estimator
Carol started with Commercial Plumbing in 1998 and is currently responsible for estimating and material take-off. She worked as a draftsperson for seven years and an estimator for six years. Carol received an Associate in Science in Drafting from Leeward Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hawaii.

Curt Balanay, Senior Project Manager
With more than 10 years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry, Curt's duties include estimating, design-build contracts, project management, and field supervision. He has been with Commercial Plumbing since 1997. Curt graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Kevin Hieda, Project Manager, Fire Protection Division
Kevin started in the construction industry in 1989, working as a project coordinator and a property manager for a development company. In 1995, he ventured into the fire protection industry and presently supervises the fire protection department.
